That’s Australia mate!  This is by far the most honest and easy approach to understanding the window cleaning business.  Jono really covers every little bit window cleaning while cleaning the glass and showing you the different styles.  He got into window cleaning like 75% of all window cleaners… OUT OF NECESSITY! It is o.k. if that’s the way you’re getting into the business… You quickly learn that you can make more money in one day cleaning glass than you might working 40 hours a week.  Like Jono says about window cleaning,”the more you work the more you earn”… You can’t be that!

Once in a while I’m ask about having a website?  Do you or should you have a website for your window cleaning business.  The answer is yes and no… If you a small business cleaning 50 to 100 accounts then spending any money on a site is just wrong…  Window cleaning is so localized that your site will be like a grain of sand on a 10 mile long beach.  The only reason to have a website or blog is just for name recognition… The only people to go there will be the people you send via you business card or advertisement and so on.

Your customers will like it if you have it done nice and some web savvy people might e-mail the link to their friends… But have a site does not mean your work load is going to double or triple… In fact most window cleaners I talk over the years and many of the websites I seen for window cleaning have had very little traffic…  And very little NEW customers.

So, do you need a website?  NO, Should you have one, YES!
